Her most notable achievement includes building a $17 billion investment fund management business at Sentry Investment, where she served as Managing Director & Vice President, National Sales. In this role, she led the development and execution of the national sales strategy, managing a team of over 60 employees and contributing to corporate strategy decisions.
Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Rhonda’s extensive coaching credentials include international accreditation through the Certified Coaches Alliance and certifications in Business Performance, Strategic Planning, Executive, and Life Coaching.
